Our Manufacturing Process
It begins by importing the finest fabric of premium quality cotton and other raw materials for stitching and packaging.
In our stitching unit, we cut different fabrics into garment pieces as per the requirement. Then, we stitch these pieces into different designs using special machinery. Labels, embroidery, prints, etc, are also stitched onto the garments after the pieces are assembled in one garment.
The stitched garment is now ready for design. We create different designs using techniques like spraying, whiskers, scrapping, touchup, and more, followed by tearing, edge rounding, damaging, etc. Lastly, we wash garments using high-quality cleaning agents.
Ensuring precision at every stitch, our jeans manufacturing process undergoes rigorous quality checks, guaranteeing impeccable craftsmanship and durability for the ultimate denim experience.
Clean and fresh garments come into the finishing unit, where we remove excess threads or any other excess fabrics. The clothes go for crisp ironing, where they claim their luster and shine, followed by an appropriate packaging.
Package boxes arrive at the warehouse, where our teams segregate them for order-wise packaging, billing, and dispatching at different locations across India.
